Itinerary:
Got some spare time on Friday? Join me for a conditioning hike in Lynn Valley. We will be heading up Lynn Peak and then on the descent divert to Norvan Falls via the Headwaters Trail. Pace won't be too killer as I will be hauling a heavy pack in preparation for some big trips later this summer. ~24km, 720m elevation gain.

Event Directions:We will meet at the trailhead. Access is by transit or personal vehicle. Contact me for directions if necessary.
