Aid Climbing:

Aid climbing can get a climber into some amazing areas and opens up an entirely new realm of possibility.

If you’ve ever thought about a route like The Nose on El Cap you’re going to need to hone some aid climbing skills.

This 1-day course will cover the basics of aid climbing starting with the equipment you need, leading clean aid, testing gear, hauling and more.

Length: 1 day

Cost: $169.00 ($125 for ACC Vancouver Member) Request for payment by Visa or e-transfer will be sent to you after signing up.

Student/Instructor Ratio: 4:1

Prerequisites: Competent traditional lead climber

Dates: July 12, 2020

Location: Squamish, BC

Note: Because of COVID-19 there will be some additional requirements including wearing face masks when you cannot physically distance, etc. It is also recommended that you sign-up for this course with a friend that is within your social circle.

Note: No refunds. A participant needing to drop out will have the ability to draw upon approved people from a waiting list should it exist. Exchange of Payment to take place directly between the two people. No credit to carrying forward is permitted.
