Itinerary:

A very nice and mellow area that gives us fast alpine access with only minor bushwhacking.

As the first trip of the season and with a very low snowpack so far, will be very cautious where we ski: the are has some nice glades in the 1700-1800m elevation band where some nice snow should be found.
The plan is to drive on the FSR all the way to 1300m trailhead, using snow chains for the tires, but we might have to park a bit lower.
I expect 30 min or so of boot-packing, so bring some microspikes or crampons, in case the trail is icy down below.
4x4 and snowchains are mandatory

This is a trip for intermediate and advanced BC skiers only. Sorry, but no beginners on this trip.
