Once up Grouse Mountain we can decide to either take the skyride ($5) down or hike down the Grind. To get back to the cars, a bus ride via Lonsdale Quay to Lynn valley is required.

Required Items to Bring:
Hiking shoes, daypack, water (2L), lunch/snack, sunscreen, bug repellent, rain gear. Money for sky ride and bus.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:To reach the start of the trail, take Highway #1 to the Lynn Canyon Exit and follow Lynn Valley Road northbound. Continue past the shopping center and past the turnoff to Lynn Canyon Park. Where the road turns left, continue going straight along the narrow road to the last parking lot. If there is no parking here, backtrack about 500m to the overflow lot and walk back towards the overflow parking lot.
