Attendee Screening: Attendees are Pre-Screened - Trip Leader will review your background and may contact you before accepting you on the trip.

Meet at the base of the Sea to Sky Gondola at 9:00am to buy tickets. Take the Gondola up to the top, hike the approach to the stadium glacier, climb the glacier to the ridge and scramble up the ridge (est Buttress route) to the summit. reverse route to descend. Preference will be given to club members who have taken the BMC or are in the Alpine mentoring program. If I have not climbed with you before, please email me with your experience and recents similar climbs that you have completed. You must have experience with glacier, snow travel and 4th class scrambling.

Required Items to Bring:
Helmet, harness, ice axe, crampons, belay device, 2 locking biners, 2 -120cm slings, mountain boots, lunch, water, headlamp, warm cloths, money for the drivers.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $30.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.25, effective Saturday, May 30, 2020). This is based on the current provincial government rate for private vehicle use.  Please pay your share of the cost to the carpool driver.
