PRE-REGISTRATION MAY BE REQUIRED. Please review the event details carefully, and if registration is required and you'd like to join us, you must sign up at the bottom of this page. Non-member guests must contact the leader (see Notes below) to register. Attendee Screening: Attendees are Pre-Screened - Trip Leader will review your background and may contact you before accepting you on the trip.

Itinerary:
Saturday morning drive to Bugs, hike in to Applebee campground and camp. Sunday to Thursday climb. Friday drive home. **Ideally, you will have a climbing partner to sign up with. If not, I can try to pair you with someone but will not add you to the trip until a climbing partner is confirmed.** **Each party of 2 will be a self contained unit responsible for themselves and will set their own objectives.** When signing up, please reply with a brief summary of your climbing experience and history, whether or not you have a climbing partner, etc.

Required Items to Bring:
Mountaineering boots, climbing shoes, crampons, harness, helmet, belay device and personal climbing gear, etc.

Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

Notes:
The bugs offers world class climbing, mountaineering, hiking and scrambling and caters to a wide range of ability levels. Feel free to ask me about objectives to suit your climbing ability.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.
