Friday leave to Mount Rainier, Camp in the park, start climbing up on Sat morning, set up the camp at camp Muir, option to go up to summit on Sunday. Everyone goes back down on Sunday, drive back to Vancouver on the same day.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Mount Rainier National Park is located in west-central Washington state. Several major cities in WashingtonSeattle, Tacoma, and Yakima- and Portland, Oregon, are within 200 miles of the park.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $82.25 (calculated at total Km * $0.25, effective Saturday, October 19, 2019). This is based on the current provincial government rate for private vehicle use.  Please pay your share of the cost to the carpool driver.

Additional pre-registration of campsites and permit will be required (and is the responsibility of attendees to secure) as well as fair share of gas costs to carpool driver(s).
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.

Cost Includes:There will be a cost for camping at Camp Muir. These will be posted shortly.
