Itinerary:
This will be a Rockies road trip. Our main objective is Mt Assiniboine, but we can visit other peaks and/or do some climbs on the way.At 3,618 m (11,870 ft), it is the highest peak in the Southern Continental Ranges of the Canadian Rockies.One night at the ACC Club house in Canmore, heli pick up at 12 at the Mt Shark helipad, 2 nights at the hind hut, the Rest at Lake Magog campsite. Return by hiking or heli on Friday.

Required Items to Bring:
we will have two teams of 2 with suitable climbing ropes, harness, belay device, and perhaps a trad rack or some pieces. There are bolted anchors on the route. Helmet tent, stove etc...

Notes:
I would like to do some group planning for this trip. Also some group scrambling and or rock climb ing required prior to selection for team.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.

Member Cost:$212.75/Person
Cost Includes:We will split gas and camp fees. Gas is about $115 for the trip.
Make a Payment:Although there is a cost for this event, you do not pay through the ACC VA. Please review the event details carefully for information about how/where to make your payment.
