Itinerary:
Join us for another fabulous weekend of ski touring and snow shoeing at The Mountaineers’ Mount Baker Lodge. Plan is to drive to Mt. Baker on Friday, backcountry tour Saturday and Sunday, return home Sunday evening. People can also go earlier Friday and ski before checking in.
Accommodations: The lodge is a comfortable, rustic facility located within walking distance of the Mt Baker ski area and surrounding backcountry. It features dorm-style sleeping area, washrooms and showers.
Meals:The cost includes Saturday breakfast, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast. Friday dinner not provided but the lodge kitchen will be open if you wish to prepare your own meal.
Chores: Each person is expected to help with house-keeping. A sign-up list will be posted at the registration desk.
Check-in: The Lodge will open late Friday afternoon for check-in and registration.

Day Trips: Day trips will be organized among the participants. Trip organizers are needed; if you are willing to help, please contact Tony Knight.


Required Items to Bring:
Border: Travel documents to enter the USA.
Lodge: Sleeping bag (3 season), pillow, flashlight, personal toiletries, towel, hut slippers.
Ski Gear: Skis or split board, boots, poles, skins; snow shoes welcome; avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel, day pack, lunch, water bottle.

Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

Notes:
Please indicate whether you are: (a) skiing, boarding or snow shoeing, (b) planning to go down early and ski Friday, (c) willing to organize a day trip, and (d)have any food allergies.
- Registration is not complete until you've signed up and, if required, paid in full to the Alpine Club of Canada Vancouver Section, either through PayPal, or sent to the Event Leader.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.

Non-Member Cost:$125.00/Person
Cost Includes: Please register early! $110 member price until Jan. 15, 2016.
Cost $125 after Jan. 15, 2016.
Includes:Two nights accommodation, 2 breakfasts (Sat/Sun), one dinner (Sat).
Guests of members welcome, maximum one guest per member.

You will be moved from Wait List to Participant List when payment is received.

If there are no spots left when your payment is received, you may remain on the wait list for any cancellations or optionally have your payment returned and be removed from the wait list.
