Itinerary:
SAT FEB 13 drive to Clearwater BC, overnight in Wells Grey Inn. SUN FEB 14 8:30 am meet guides, helicopter to Discovery Cabin. Stay in cabin 7 nights, SUN FEB 21 Helicopter back to Clearwater. Required Items to Bring:
Skis, skins, boots, shovel, probe, digital transceiver, ski poles, ice axe, backpack, lunch and snacks. Bring own sheet and pillow case (mattress, pillow and quilt provided in Cabin). Cabin shoes are provided. Each pair of guests is responsible to bring and prepare food for 1 evening meal - appetizer, dinner, dessert for 12 (10 guests + 2 guides). Leader will bring breakfast fixings for the entire group.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:SAT FEB 13 - Drive from Vancouver to Clearwater BC via Hwy 1, Coquihalla Hwy 5 to Kamloops and north to Clearwater (5 hours). SUN FEB 21 - return to Vancouver.

Cost Includes:2 guides, 7 nights in Discovery Cabin, return helicopter flight, breakfast in Cabin. DOES NOT INCLUDE room at Wells Grey Inn ($79)
Make a Payment:Although there is a cost for this event, you do not pay through the ACC VA. Please review the event details carefully for information about how/where to make your payment.

*Note: DEPOSIT of $500 is payable upon your acceptance as a confirmed guest. BALANCE of $985 is payable by 08JAN2016. All costs payable to Leader. Costs paid are non-refundable unless you find a confirmed replacement.
