Load the Blackcomb lift and wait for the alpine to open. Depart from Blackcomb backcountry access. We will camp two nights. Back out through Whistler Mountain or Singing Pass trail if its in ok condition.

Required Items to Bring:
Shared tent, 2 stoves, 2 nalgene water bottles, sufficient fuel and food, sleeping bac (minus 12) , foam pad, sleeping pad, transceiver, shovel and probe. Map and compas or gps. Enough warm clothes.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
Glacier travel gear, crevasse rescue gear. Climbing harness.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Meet at the guest services center of Whistler mountain to purchase backcountry passes.

This trip is for strong skiers with above average fitness. We are not going there for a work out, its an opportunity to ski some amazing terrain. I am aiming for a 50/50 male/ female participant split. Research the route prior to trip. At least one day skiing with me required to be accepted in the trip. One pre trip meeting in NV will be required. Ast level 1 or higher required, crevasse rescue course required.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.

Member Cost:$60.00/Person
Cost Includes:Lift ticket.
Make a Payment:Although there is a cost for this event, you do not pay through the ACC VA. Please review the event details carefully for information about how/where to make your payment.
