July 18 Saturday Drive to Bluff Lake (9hrs)
July 19 Sunday Fly from Bluff Lake to /Fury Gap (or alternate Rainy Knob / Claw Hut) depending on conditions
July 20 Monday Multi day (?) ascend West Ridge-Angle Glacier (Serl route 188) to camp in vicinity below Councilor Peak & above Combatant col
July 21 Tuesday ascend Angel Glacier to Waddington Northwest Summit & return to camp
July 22 Wednesday visit other summits in the area
July 23 Thursday Spare (inclement weather)
July 24 Friday Spare (inclement weather) day
July 25 Saturday (or earlier if possible ) Fly from Fury Gap /or other site to Bluff Lake (via Whitesaddle Air)
July 26 Sunday Drive from Bluff Lake to Vancouver

We have recently re-calibrated the possible route based on info from those who have been in the area recently
West Ridge is primarily a snow ascent...with same final approach as earlier (Bravo Glacier) route
The probability of summiting from Fury Gap camp appears to be significantly greater than from Rainy Knob
However, this needs to be weighed against the risks of delayed flying opportunities due to increased exposure to more variable weather conditions due to flying to the windward side of Waddington to reach Fury Gap camp

Lots of stuff.....
- 8 days of food

FRS personal radio's for intergroup communications

1- If we haven't done a trip together, please send a short summary of your mountaineering skills and experience and name couple of most challenging trips you have done.

2- We have reserved clubs Sat phone
Some things to bear in mind

- don't expect leadership
-we're not guides and we're not undertaking to get participants to the summit.....That is a group responsibility
Experience & Skills Required
- route finding, glacier travel, steep snow/ice, climbing will be required near the summit.
Familiarity with placing (& passing) protection (pickets ice screws deadmen)is a must.
As well as Ice axe arrest, crevasse rescue technique and avi search & extraction techniques.

- Due to being in unfamiliar glacial terrain..... team members can't be left alone at camp.

- We will monitor who signs up and pick the strongest by July 1st, so you are welcome to sign up if you wish.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.

Cost Includes:Share Heli costs & communal gear requirements.... Heli costs will vary depending upon how many are in the general it would cost about $865 return per person assuming 4 ppl per flight
