Dry School meeting May 23, MEC store, 130 West Broadway at 7:00pm.

Meeting May 31: 8:00am trailhead, Mt. Seymour parking lot. Park in overnight parking lot.

Meeting June 7: St. David's Church parking lot at the Taylor Way exit of Hwy 1, see www.stdavidsunited.com/map-directions

Notes:
Applicants must belong to Vancouver Section of the Alpine Club of Canada.

All applicants must fill out and submit this Course Application Form (link will open in new tab or window). I.e., you must submit the course application form AND sign up for the course below.

Update: we currently have difficulties updating the membership of the ACC Vancouver Section. Therefore, new members (after joining the club at the national web site www.alpineclubofcanada.ca) only need to fill out the Course Application Form.

Selection Criteria: If within the first week after the event was posted to the calendar more than 24 qualified members sign up for the event, participants are selected randomly from those applicants. Otherwise selection is by order of signup.

DO NOT PAY until you have been notified of your acceptance into the course.


- Registration is not complete until you've signed up and, if required, paid in full to the Alpine Club of Canada Vancouver Section, either through PayPal, or sent to the Event Leader.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.

Cost & Payment:
Member Cost:$90.00/Person
Cost Includes:All days of the course, excluding travel costs. Does not include equipment rental. It is club policy to provide a 50% rebate on the cost of gear rented to enable participation in the course. Save your receipts and present them to course coordinators for forwarding to treasurer who will issue a cheque.
Payment Cut Off:Payment must be received by the ACC VA on Fri, May 16 2014.
