Drive to Nelson on 21 March, 2014 Stay one night in motel in Nelson Fly in 22 March from Kootenay Valley Helicopters hangar at 8.00 am (PST) or when weather permitting. Stay in Kokanee Cabin from 22-28 March, 2014. SELF CATERED. No guide. Fly out 29 March, 2014 weather permitting and drive home. Cost per person $935. Deposit of $335 when approved and prior to being added to the list. Full payment required by 15 October, 2013. i.e. another $600.

Required Items to Bring:
wide AT or Tele skis, or split board. Boots, poles, transceiver, probes, shovel. Avalanche AST 1 plus course. Pack, food, gear, sleeping bag.

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $330.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.25, effective Thursday, March 21, 2019). This is based on the current provincial government rate for private vehicle use.  Please pay your share of the cost to the carpool driver.

You need to be an ACC member with the Huts option. Further info to come later. It is important that you are experienced in back country skiing, have good safety knowledge and appropriate equipment. Are compatible for the group and will ski in a group of no less than three persons.
- Registration is not complete until you've signed up and, if required, paid in full to the Alpine Club of Canada Vancouver Section, either through PayPal, or sent to the Event Leader.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.

Member Cost:$935.00/Person
Cost Includes:The $935 includes the helicopter in and out and the 7 night stay at the Kokanee Cabin. Deposit of $335 (after you have been approved) then you will be added to the list. The other $600 by the 10th December 2013.
