Attendee Screening: Attendees are Pre-Screened - Trip Leader will review your background and may contact you before accepting you on the trip.

Itinerary:
Drive to Golden on Fri, March 7th, helicopter in to cabin on Sat morning. Ski trips based out of Campbell Icefields Chalet for 7 days, then helicopter out on Sat. March 15th & drive back to Vancouver.

Required Items to Bring:
AT or Telemark skis, Beacon, shovel, probes, compass, GPS if available, maps. Avalanche AST 1 or equivalent is required.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:7 hour drive to Golden. Heli pad is north of Golden and is 2WD accessible.

Notes:
This area is another "Powder Paradise" and offers spectacular scenery in a beautiful mountain setting along with lots of ski touring and mountaineering opportunities. This will be a self-guided trip so knowledge of avalanche terrain and glacier travel will be essential. Objectives will depend upon the weather and experience and capabilities of participants. Previous experience skiing black runs & backcountry skiing required.

**Selection of additional participants is NOT based on order of sign-up. After one week of sign-ups, participants will be chosen based on meeting all skill requirements as well as previous experience and ACC trip participation.
- Registration is not complete until you've signed up and, if required, paid in full to the Alpine Club of Canada Vancouver Section, either through PayPal, or sent to the Event Leader.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.


Cost & Payment:
Member Cost:$1,200.00/Person
Cost Includes:Estimated Cost ($1200) includes cabin, helicopter and food (plus cook). Does NOT include lodging costs for Fri, March 7th. A deposit of $500 is required to confirm your spot. Please pay by Cdn $ check unless you absolutely need to use Paypal, i.e. you can't easily send a Cdn $ check (no fees involved). **(Contact our Section Treasurer or myself if you are planning to use PayPal as there are extra fees involved as Paypal charges the ACC an additional % for all transactions.)

*Note: **A deposit of $500 is needed as soon as your attendance is confirmed. The remainder is required by Nov. 1st, 2013. Cancellations cannot be reinbursed unless a substitute is found.
