Itinerary:
Thursday evening, drive to Hood River OR. Friday, pick up permit at Trout Lake WA ranger station and hike/ski to base camp on south side of Mt. Adams (Lunch Counter or higher). Saturday, ski ascent to summit and descent to camp or cars; descent route depends on group Sunday, return to Vancouver

Required Items to Bring:
Overnight snow camping gear; probe, shovel, beacon; mountaineering gear (including crampons, ice ax).

Carpool Cost: Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $300.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.25, effective Tuesday, November 20, 2018). This is based on the current provincial government rate for private vehicle use.  Please pay your share of the cost to the carpool driver.

Notes:
Classic volcano ski descent. The normal south ridge access route is now open. The road is open to the trailhead, and skiing should starts ~ 2km up the trail. If weather is poor, we may try an alternative destination.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.
