Itinerary:
Ski from Upper Baker parking lot up to Herman Saddle and back if weather and avalanche conditions permit: 4 - 5 hours. Bad weather/avalanche & we'll yo-yo in and around Artist Point/Swift Creek.

Required Items to Bring:
Avi beacon, probe, shovel, backcountry skis/board winter gear, lunch, passport, headlamp, GPS if you have one.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
It can be windy at pass so extra layers. It gets dark very early so good headlamp betteries.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Meet at 8:15 at Shell Gas station in Maple Falls which is 20 minutes drive towards Mt Baker from Sumas border crossing. Gas station sells coffee, sandwiches etc. We can carpool from Maple Falls for 1/2 hr drive to trailhead. My landline phone at Baker is 360-599-2285 where I will be until 7:30ish

Notes:
If anyone wants to go down to Baker Thursday they can crash that nite at my cabin.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in ACC VA events.
